I think a lot of people have the misinterpretation that you negotiate your vehicle on the front end which obviously, we are Priced Right, Right Upfront, and then you come sit down with the bad guys who sit behind their desks. Here it is a little bit different than you may think.
Today’s advertising, economy, everything going on those lines, is people have access to knowing what’s available to them before they even come in. So our jobs as Financial Service Managers now, in my opinion, is just to make sure that you’re looked after as best as you can.
For us here at St. Albert Dodge it’s more the relationship that matters, it’s a smaller based store, we want to get to know you because chances are two or three years down the road you’re going to be in here seeing us again!
