I realized people go to the Canadian Tires, the Kal Tires, Joe’s independent garage for their servicing and may not be considering the dealership as their first thought. People might not realize the benefits that there are to servicing with a dealership.
One of the reasons to come to us is we do have factory trained technicians that are specifically trained to work on FCA vehicles. Another thing, we use Mopar parts which carry a two-year unlimited-mileage warranty. They also cover the labour involved in changing that part. That’s something that a lot of the independents can’t match.
